Job Overview

We are seeking a
Growth Enablement Specialist
to support our sales and business development teams in driving revenue, improving client acquisition, and strengthening customer relationships. This role focuses on creating strategies, tools, and processes that empower the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring customers receive maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their business needs.
  • Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, proposals, case studies, training content) to support client engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend actionable strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to highlight progress, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to design growth-driven campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and product/service teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in sales enablement, business development, or client success.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
