  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM PKT (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM PKT after Daylight Saving)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced 
Technical Recruiter with Canadian hiring experience

to help source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality technical candidates for roles based in Canada. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team focused on excellence and global talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical positions tailored to the Canadian market.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and attract top talent.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure smooth tracking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  • Stay informed about trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the Canadian tech ecosystem.
  • Conduct both behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience recruiting for technical roles in the 
    Canadian job market

- Solid understanding of software development roles, technical stacks, and job functions.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and GitHub.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess both hard and soft skills effectively.
- Open to candidates with O/A Level education or strong proficiency in English.
