Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the IT Outsourcing and IT Staff Augmentation sectors. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate and build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the IT Outsourcing and IT Staff Augmentation sectors.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of IT Outsourcing and IT Staff Augmentation services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, prepare contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, HR, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports to management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively, and by providing excellent post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT Outsourcing or IT Staff Augmentation services.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, particularly in the areas of outsourcing and staff augmentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
