Position Overview

We are looking for a 
Customer Care Executive
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in 
Urdu
, a customer-first attitude, and prior experience in a 
call center environment
. You will be responsible for handling patient queries, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth experience for our valued users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, records, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  • Uphold SehatYab's service standards and communication protocols.

Requirements

  • Education:
     Minimum 14 years of education from an 
    HEC-recognized institution
    .
  • Experience:
     2–3 years of relevant experience in an 
    Urdu call center
    .
  • Communication:
     Excellent Urdu speaking and listening skills.
  • Location:
     Must reside in 
    Rawalpindi, DHA, or Bahria Town
     (on-site only).
  • Timings:
     10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
