HIRING: RECRUITER

Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a Recruiter based in Karachi

Should be able to:

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Create social media job ads.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Must have:

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment

  • Proven track record of successful placements.

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
