Junior Academics Executive

Job Purpose:

To provide academic and administrative support by assisting in classroom invigilation, maintaining student records, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring smooth data management processes.

Requirements:

Location: Lahore

Salary: 25-30K + Benefits as per Organizational policy

Terms of Employment: Full Time

Start date: As soon as possible

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience required

MS Excel, MS Word. Electronic mail, Google workspace

Job description:

  • Assist in invigilation of classes and examinations to ensure discipline and compliance.
  • Manage and update academic data on the computer system
  • Operate and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, updating information
  • Maintain and update student listings and records in coordination with the academic departments.
  • Provide administrative assistance to faculty and academic departments as required.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned academic support tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
