About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to support our HR team with recruitment, employee on-boarding, payroll assistance, and HR record management. This is a great opportunity to grow your HR career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, and on-boarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee queries and HR documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
