Role Description – Assistant Sales Manager (Lahore)

Berlitz Pakistan is looking for a
self-driven Assistant Sales Manager
to independently lead sales efforts in Lahore. This is not a support role —
you are the sales team
, responsible for directly driving revenue, building client relationships, and achieving a monthly sales target of
4 million PKR
.

This full-time, on-site position demands a proactive professional who thrives on challenges, is comfortable in the field, and can convert opportunities into measurable results. Success requires regular
market visits
, meeting potential clients face-to-face, and closing deals that contribute to consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently achieve a monthly sales target of
    4 million PKR
    .
  • Conduct
    field visits and market outreach
    to generate new leads and close sales.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with individuals, schools, and corporate clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships that ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and adapt sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present clear sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating program delivery with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development experience, ideally in education, training, or services.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to conduct regular market visits and engage directly with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
