Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analytics:

  • Conduct competitive research and consumer insight analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate marketing data into actionable strategies and performance insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and brand performance

Content Development & Brand Communication:

  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and web content.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure content quality, messaging accuracy, and campaign alignment.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Strategize and manage content calendars across social platforms, ensuring engaging, on-brand content and timely execution.
  • Develop and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor platform performance, analyse KPIs, and implement data-driven enhancements.
  • Manage partnerships with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.

SEO:

  • Create original, engaging content that speaks to target audiences and meets SEO goals.
  • Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
  • Deliver keyword research and content strategies to improve rankings and conversions.
  • Manage link acquisition campaigns and monitor backlink profiles.
  • Track, report and analyse performance to demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
