The Role
We're looking for a driven and motivated freelance online Business Developer/ Bidder to join our team and help us acquire new clients/ projects from Internet and freelancing platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Source and secure potential projects from freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other similar websites.
- Write engaging and client-focused bids, proposals, and project descriptions.
- Propose/ Devise effective strategies to increase visibility, client engagement, and conversions.
- Strong negotiation skills with an ability to close deals.
- Ability to understand client requirements and match them to our services.
- Manage platform communications and client interactions if needed.
- Schedule and arrange pre-sales & post-sales technical meetings with the related teams.
- Manage and optimize profiles on freelance platforms to attract relevant clients.
- Follow up on leads and communicate with potential customers to complete the process and help ensure the project's success.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate leads and acquire clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in acquiring freelance projects from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, Laravel, Native React web development, as well as being well-versed in Digital Marketing services.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience with lead generation, SEO, and client outreach strategies is a plus.
Compensation:
Commission-Based:
This position is commission-based, offering a percentage of the contract value for every project successfully closed.
