Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Upwork & Fiverr Bidder Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of relevant experience to gain hands-on exposure in online business development through freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms
  • Identify suitable projects and craft personalized bids based on client requirements
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs
  • Maintain records of submitted bids and follow up regularly
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align bidding strategies
  • Assist in developing templates and improving bidding techniques over time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (completed)
  • 0 to 6 months of experience in bidding, business development, or a related role
  • Basic knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelance platforms
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of client handling and online business development
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
