We Are CreActive is a rapidly growing digital marketing and lead generation agency committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms

  • Craft tailored, persuasive proposals to win high-value projects

  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and negotiate terms

  • Manage multiple bids efficiently and follow-up on leads

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience bidding successfully on Upwork and similar platforms

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, IT services, or related fields (preferred)

  • Ability to work in night from the office, handle multiple bids, and meet targets
