We are an Inbound Call Center looking for experienced and fresh 'Customer Sales Executive'. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. There will be opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Generate leads
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Salary: From Rs 75,000.00 to 175,000.00 per month.
