About the Role:

As an HR & Sales Intern
, you will:

  • Support
    recruitment activities
    : sourcing candidates, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Contribute to
    client relations
    : coordination, communication, and maintaining records
  • Research and identify potential clients for business opportunities
  • Build and maintain lead databases
  • Assist in outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Prepare recruitment and sales-related documentation (pitches, proposals, reports)

Eligibility:

  • Fresh graduates
    in
    Business, HR, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must know Canva
    for basic recruitment/sales material preparation
  • Must have
    no issue with traveling to client offices or other cities
    when required
  • Energetic, organized, and eager to learn
