Sales Account Manager

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to maintain existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Develop and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client interaction records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and networking events to promote company services.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (depending on industry).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
