Bidder (Business Development Executive)

Location: Block 1, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time, In-House

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented , Upwork Bidder (Business Development Executive) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting tailored bids, and building strong client relationships to close deals successfully. Knowledge of other bidding platforms will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, analyze, and bid on projects on ,Upwork (and other platforms where applicable).
  • Draft professional, customized proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate proposal submissions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure projects and long-term opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and grow client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in online bidding, specifically on
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand project scopes and prepare winning proposals.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as web development, UI/UX, mobile apps, or digital solutions is preferred.
