We are a growing software house specializing in delivering innovative and tailored web development solutions. To expand our client base, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who can play a key role in closing B2B deals.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive
with proven experience in
B2B sales
, preferably within
software houses or IT companies
, who understands web development services and project management. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, skilled in identifying client needs, and capable of closing projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their project requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and project timelines.
- Drive the
end-to-end sales cycle
from prospecting to deal closure. - Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep track of sales activities and pipeline using CRM/ATS tools.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a
software house/IT company
in a
B2B business development role
. - Strong understanding of
web development services and project management processes
. - Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
with a proven track record of closing deals. - Ability to manage multiple prospects and deliver results under deadlines.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients (US/Europe/Middle East).
- Knowledge of modern web technologies, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and custom development.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or other B2B platforms.

Note:
This is an on-site role, and candidates must be available during night shift hours. Remote or hybrid work is not applicable for this position.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be able to communicate and handle the team
- Experience with IT and software development services is a plus.
