About the Role

Evee offers customers a 24hr doorstep repair service. This role is responsible for leading the field work strategy and execution and be responsible for managing the day to day operations of technicians in over 10 cities across all provinces. The scope of this work will also involve coordination with warehouse and inventory manager for optimizing inventory levels across cities based on forecasted needs to prevent stock outs.

Key Responsibilities

● Be accountable for day to day operations for technicians across Pakistan.

● Report and maintain a log of primary KPI's such as labour cost per service visit per city.

● Implement innovative technological solutions such as advanced route planning to further reduce technician response time and costs spent on travel/fuel.

● Allocate budget for on-ground operations in-line with query volume.

● Ensure adherence to company policy such as that concerning safety protocols, best workplace practices and dress-code.

● Maintain equipment maintenance log

● Benchmark Evee's workflow against the most innovative solutions globally

Skills and Attributes

● Ability to travel both intracity (Lahore) and intercity across Pakistan

● Cost control and budgeting skills

● Strong communication skills across a diverse array of people from field-technicians to higher management

● Report writing skills to write proposals for new initiatives and performance reports

Required Qualifications

● Bachelors in engineering or business from a top Pakistani institute.

● LUMS, NUST, IBA, GIKI, LSE, COMSATS and FAST graduates are preferred.

● Min 2 year experience working in General Affairs, Operations, Logistics, Strategy or relevant industry

● Gen-z candidates will be preferred
