Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and articulate Call Routing Executive to manage all incoming phone calls from US based clients and partners. This role is essential in representing the company's brand through clear communication, a customer-focused attitude, and timely coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and direct incoming calls daily from U.S. clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all calls are answered promptly, professionally, and routed to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Maintain a log of calls and messages, and ensure follow-ups are tracked.
  • Act as the first point of contact for phone-based inquiries, demonstrating excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Coordinate with teams in Pakistan to relay messages or escalate urgent matters in real time.
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as maintaining the internal phone directory, managing voicemail inboxes, or handling basic calendar coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or Americanized accent.
  • Strong command of the English language, especially in understanding and responding to US based callers.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or call-handling role is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet, professional environment with minimal foot traffic.
  • Proficient in using basic phone systems, Microsoft Office tools, and email.
