Role Description

This is a day shift, full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Lahore. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, making outbound calls to prospective students, and assisting with the application process. The role involves directly interacting with students and parents, offering guidance on educational opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus
