Looking for a Business Developer (Commission Based)
We are seeking an
experienced Business Developer
to join our team on a
commission-based
role.
Job Details:
- Timings:
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM - Compensation:
Commission-based (performance driven)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
business development / sales - Ability to generate leads and close deals (experience in creative/digital/video editing niche will be a plus)
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Experience with platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, or direct sales
is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred, not mandatory) - 1–2 years of experience in
business development, client acquisition, or sales - Familiarity with freelance platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. - Strong English
communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Target-driven and self-motivated to achieve sales goals
