Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Client Management Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth project execution for the Lahore team, Onsite for timings 12pm-9pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with clients and promptly address their queries.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to add value.
- Prepare reports, updates, and presentations to share with clients and management.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the relevant teams.
- Support senior management in handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keep organized records of client information and communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
