Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.

  • Present sales forecasts and business proposals to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or similar role in the wooden products industry.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
