B2B Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Present sales forecasts and business proposals to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or similar role in the wooden products industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100, Rs110,000.00 per month
