Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and professional Female Admin Officer to manage administrative and operational tasks at the residence of a senior executive (CEO). The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both household and personal administrative duties with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks at the CEO's residence.
- Maintain household records, schedules, and inventories.
- Coordinate with household staff (drivers, maids, cooks, security personnel) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Schedule and supervise home maintenance, repairs, and services.
- Manage and organize home events, meetings, and guest arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and deliveries.
- Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary planning for the family.
- Monitor household budgets and expenses when required.
- Ensure the residence is always in top condition – clean, well-maintained, and organized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Admin/Management or related field).
