Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Initiate cold and warm calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, providing information, answering questions, handling objections, and resolving issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and other relevant information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Target Achievement: Work to meet individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and current promotions.

Required Skills

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer interaction and persuasion.
  • Persuasion Skills: The ability to clearly explain products or services and convince potential customers of their value.
  • Resilience: The capacity to handle rejection and objections effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and data entry skills for managing customer information and call logs.

Typical Duties

  • Initiate calls from a provided list or script.
  • Present and explain products, services, and prices.
  • Obtain and enter customer information and order details.
  • Update customer contact information and account details.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Submit sales and activity reports to management.
