Location: Plaza # 12, Phase 4 Civic Center Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job TIming: Monday to Saturday (1:00 pm to 7:00pm) 6 hours per day

Experience: 1-2 years / "Freshers can apply"

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Aesthetic Physician during various cosmetic and laser procedures.

  • Handle appointment scheduling and rescheduling for patients.

  • Provide excellent customer care | greet clients, guide them pre and post-treatment, and ensure comfort.

  • Perform basic front desk/reception tasks such as answering calls, maintaining records, and handling walk-in inquiries.

  • Call clients or leads for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, or procedure scheduling.

  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the procedure room.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Soft-spoken, polite, and professional behavior with patients.

  • Friendly nature and approachable personality.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.

  • Basic knowledge of skincare/aesthetic treatments is a plus (training can be provided).

  • Prior clinic/reception or assistant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
