IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Executive Carrier Solutions is responsible to facilitate carrier customers (CMOs, LDIs, LLOs/OLOs and Public/Government Sector Telecom Operators) for provisioning/Up gradation of Interconnect and carrier services on the basis of one window operations under the RIO and exclusive Commercial agreements.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Regularly contacts and co-ordination with Operators/Carrier customers to resolve their complaints regarding network issues in PTCL.
  • Responsible for processing Carrier Customers (OLOs & CMOs) demands for services including: DIU (Digital Interface for TDM Interconnection) DPLC (Domestic Media over SDH, Satellite).
  • Monitors and review Improved Customer services
  • Ensures company's policies implemented and ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/ Telecommunication or an allied field of Engineering/MS is added advantage

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in managerial role
