Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger posting.
  • Help prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Support accounts payable/receivable functions.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
  • Provide support in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in accounting/finance (internship experience is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a professional environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, ERP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic tax and compliance procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
