Experience: Required: 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who is proficient in Xero Accounting Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries and maintain financial records using Xero software.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, and receipts accurately.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment matters.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards.

Skill Set Required:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles, taxation, and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict to deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
