Job Type: Full-time 01:00 pm to 09:00 pm

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (4-year Honors) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience or internship in accounting or retail will be a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Fine writing and communication skills for preparing reports and maintaining financial correspondence.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Honest, organized, and professional.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and supplier payments.
  • Support management in maintaining transparent and accurate accounting processes.
  • Mange orders from completion to delivery
  • Stay connected with costumers over call and WhatsApp updating them about order status.
