Finance Support

We're hiring a detail-obsessed Finance Support professional to shepherd device-financing deals from application to funding. You will manage paperwork, communicate rates and terms to clients, coordinate with lenders, and ensure every application package is complete, accurate, and on time. This role is perfect for someone with excellent English communication, strong documentation skills, and high comfort with technology and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Intake & Pre-Screening

• Receive and review financing inquiries; confirm eligibility criteria and required documents (IDs, bank statements, business info, invoices, etc.).
• Explain financing options, rates, terms, down payments, and timelines in clear, simple English.

Application Packaging

• Build lender-ready application packages: KYC, credit application forms, invoices/quotes, device details, service/warranty docs.
• Validate data accuracy, cross-check figures, and ensure all signatures and initials are captured via e-sign.

Lender Coordination

• Submit complete applications to lending partners; track status, respond to underwriter questions, and upload any additional documents.
• Maintain a day-by-day pipeline view (submitted, pending, conditional approval, approved, funded).

Client Communication

• Proactively follow up with clients to gather missing documents and clarify conditions.
• Provide clear summaries of approvals, conditions, rates, and next steps; book calls when needed.

Closing & Funding

• Prepare final document sets (final invoice, delivery/acceptance, insurance proof if required).
• Coordinate disbursement checklists and confirm funds released; handoff to Sales/Operations for delivery.
• Data & Reporting
• Keep records impeccably organized in CRM and shared drives; enforce naming conventions.
• Update dashboards for application volume, approval rate, cycle times, and drop-off reasons.
• Produce weekly summaries for management (pipeline, wins, risks, escalations).
• Compliance & Quality
• Follow internal SOPs for privacy, document retention, and lender rules.
• Flag inconsistencies or credit risks early; suggest process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal); able to translate complex financing info into plain language.
• Outstanding paperwork/documentation skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• High technology proficiency: CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho), e-signature (DocuSign/Adobe Sign), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets: filters, pivots, basic formulas), PDF tools, cloud drives, and ticketing/chat tools (e.g., Slack).
• 1–3+ years in a finance support, credit admin, loan processing, underwriting assistant, or sales-ops role (equipment/device financing a plus).
• Comfortable working to SLAs and juggling multiple deals with tight timelines.
• Discretion with sensitive financial data; strong ethics and client-care mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with equipment/device lending (medical, dental, aesthetics, or capital equipment).
• Familiarity with basic credit review, bank statement analysis, and KYC/AML concepts.
• Exposure to invoicing/accounting tools (QuickBooks/Xero) and payment links.
• Knowledge of regional lending practices and consumer/commercial credit norms.
