Responsibilities:

  • Ensure workplace compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections regularly.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Monitor and report unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
  • Liaise with management and external authorities on HSE matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
  • NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as HSE Officer (preferably in construction/oil & gas).
  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate staff on HSE practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250, Rs300,000.00 per month
