At RTS Global Services we are looking for skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our Stakeholder's financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, payroll, and payments.

Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with other team members to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance (US & Canada), process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.

Ideal candidate should hold minimum of 1 year experience with bookkeeping having strong knowledge of spreadsheets and QuickBooks. The candidate should have a 4 years financial degree and is familiar with CRM like ZOHO Books and have strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Perform partial checks of the posting process
  • Complete tax forms (US & Canada)
  • Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Manage books
  • Knowledge with ZOHO Books or any similar software will be a plus
  • Should be able to provide solutions
  • Call Canadian or US authorities for confirmation of information
  • Should be self-motivated and work independently

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven Bookkeeping experience (Preference will be given to candidates working for US based companies)
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS office
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS (HONS) Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Location: IJP Road, Masood Arcade, Islamabad

Timing: 6pm - 2am or 7pm - 3am (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
