About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at an exciting early-stage AI venture. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a startup environment where responsibilities are broad and impact is immediate. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support product development, client insights, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Support data pipelines for analysis and reporting.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
  • Provide insights that guide product development and strategy.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Prior O/A Level education with strong English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear communication and the ability to collaborate in English with international stakeholders.
  • Culturally aligned: candidates from an upper-middle-class background in Karachi with strong professionalism and polish are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Exposure to data wrangling, scraping, or API-driven data collection.
  • Previous experience or internship in a data-driven role.
