At Primefit, we're scaling aggressively across UAE, Pakistan, with our app, personal training services, and corporate wellness programs. We're looking for a results-driven 360° Marketing Manager who can own and execute our entire marketing function — from performance campaigns to creative content planning, funnel optimization, and revenue scaling.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms for apps and PT services.
  • Plan and launch performance campaigns that drive leads, installs, traffic, and measurable ROI.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels and ensure maximum efficiency (ROAS, CAC, CPL).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and produce content (UGC, ad copies, visuals, landing page briefs).
  • Set up and optimize funnels, retargeting, and reporting dashboards.
  • Conduct market research for UAE, Pakistan, and USA expansions and align campaigns with local consumer behavior.
  • Work closely with leadership to scale sales from monthly to global targets.
  • Build and oversee a small performance marketing team as we scale further.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, experience in App promotions and UGC content, is a plus. (Experience with Fitness platforms is a PLUS)
  • Proven track record of scaling Meta Ads / Google Ads with strong ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to brief and execute ad content that converts.
  • Experience managing budgets of 15-50k+ AED/month across multiple markets.
  • Strong knowledge of funnel optimization, attribution models, and analytics tools.
  • Leadership mindset: ability to work independently, strategize, and deliver measurable growth.
  • Must Be Based in Lahore, willing to work full-time, on a hybrid basis.
