
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in remote appointment setting. Your primary mission will be to engage small business owners (solo entrepreneurs, family businesses, and teams under 10 people) across English-speaking markets, qualify them, and book appointments with our senior closers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local business owners via email and direct messaging (DMs).
- Qualify leads based on clear criteria before passing them to closers.
- Consistently achieve a target of 300 qualified appointments per month.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM (or tracking tool).
- Collaborate with the closing team to ensure smooth handovers and maximize conversion rates.
- Continuously refine messaging to improve response and booking rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remote B2C appointment setting (minimum 2 years).
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding booking targets.
- Strong written communication skills (professional yet approachable tone).
- Familiarity with outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media DMs.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to deliver results.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus.
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Appointments booked: 300/month (avg. 10–15/day).
- Show-up rate: Minimum 70%.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion: Consistently optimized.
