Qualifications

  • Proven experience and strong skills in Supervisory tasks and managing construction teams.
  • Expertise in Budgeting and maintaining financial control within project constraints.
  • In-depth knowledge and application of Construction Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Proficiency in Construction management and Project Control processes, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with gray structure projects and knowledge of relevant tools/software is an advantage.
