Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven 
Sales Manager – B2B Expansion Lead
 to drive NUOMI's nationwide business growth. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution to expand our dealer and distributor network across Pakistan in the kitchen, wardrobe, and hardware segment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can both manage teams and personally close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive nationwide B2B sales expansion plan.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard manufacturers, hardware dealers, distributors, and project partners.
  • Set monthly sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
  • Train new partners and internal teams on NUOMI products, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Present detailed sales, performance, and market insight reports every 3 days to management.
  • Drive both strategic business growth and tactical deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B or project-based selling, ideally in kitchen hardware, wardrobes, doors, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on sales execution.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for business development.
