Position Overview:

The Operations Executive Services will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of Amour Dairy, including Administration, Human Resources, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment), and Supply Chain functions. The role requires a versatile professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with standards, effective workforce management, and efficient supply chain processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations of Amour Dairy to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, utilities, and support services.
  • Manage payroll, employee relations and performance management systems.
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and dairy supplies.
  • Oversee inventory management, storage, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
  • Work closely with the business owner to align operations with business goals.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance KPIs.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or supply chain (dairy/food industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, QHSE standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions and deliver under pressure.

Pay: Rs65, Rs75,000.00 per month
