We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver reliable APIs and services that support seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams to integrate systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and agile development cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Stay current with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Languages: Strong proficiency in and Python
  • Frameworks: , NestJS, Django, FastAPI, or Spring Boot.
  • Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  • Architecture: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • DevOps: Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Security: Experience implementing secure APIs, encryption, and user authentication (JWT/OAuth).
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git, GitLab, or GitHub workflows.
  • Testing: Unit and integration testing using Jest, Mocha, or PyTest.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
