Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development:
    Build and maintain high-performance backend services using
    Python
    and
    Django
    .
  • Database Management:
    Work with both
    SQL
    and
    NoSQL
    databases to ensure efficient, scalable data solutions.
  • Architecture & Design:
    Collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine
    software architecture
    for long-term scalability.
  • Mentorship:
    Guide and coach team members, elevating their technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Code Quality:
    Conduct detailed
    code reviews
    , ensuring best practices and maintainable solutions.
  • Optimization & Security:
    Enhance system
    performance
    and
    security
    , ensuring reliability at scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner closely with
    Frontend, DevOps, and QA
    teams for seamless delivery.
  • Incident Management:
    Tackle and resolve backend issues swiftly to maintain high system availability.

    R&D initiatives
    and stay ahead with the latest backend technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of
    backend development experience
    with Python and Django.
  • Deep understanding of
    SQL
    and
    NoSQL
    database systems.
  • Proven experience in
    software architecture
    ,
    performance tuning
    , and
    security best practices
    .
  • Experience working in
    AWS or other cloud environments
    .
  • Strong analytical and
    debugging skills
    .
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and
    mentor
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    incident management
    and maintaining uptime.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
