We are looking for a
skilled and proactive Online Bidder
to handle project bidding and client communication on platforms like
Upwork, and other Freelancing tools
.

The ideal candidate should be efficient in using
AI tools
to create proposals quickly, have
basic technical understanding
of IT services, and possess
excellent written communication skills
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for relevant projects daily on
    Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other portals
    .
  • Use
    AI tools
    to write and customize high-quality proposals efficiently.
  • Understand client requirements and draft clear, concise responses.
  • Communicate with clients, answer their queries, and schedule meetings with technical leads if required.
  • Keep track of submitted proposals, follow up regularly, and maintain a bidding log/report.
  • Work on multiple platforms simultaneously and manage time effectively.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to increase success rate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
    in a relevant field (Online Bidding / Freelance Platforms).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
    is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an
    Online Bidder / Upwork Bidder
    in the IT or software services industry.
  • Strong
    written English
    and
    communication skills
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AI writing tools
    to speed up bidding and responses.
  • Basic understanding of
    web and mobile technologies
    (e.g., .NET, Angular, React, , PHP, etc.).
  • Ability to
    multi-task
    and handle multiple clients or proposals at once.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    multiple bidding platforms
    beyond Upwork.
  • Previous success in winning small to medium-sized IT projects.
  • Understanding of
    time tracking and project management tools
