Ozbix IT Solutions is an international IT and digital agency with a strong portfolio in web development, eCommerce, and digital marketing. We are looking for an experienced bidder to manage our presence on platforms like Upwork, Bark, and Freelancer and bring in qualified international leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write professional and customized proposals for clients on Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, etc.
  • Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed projects
  • Maintain follow-ups and track proposal performance
  • Work with the internal team to prepare quotes and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding (Upwork, Bark, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, SEO, Design, etc.)
  • Ability to work during night shift (8 PM – 4 AM)
  • Karachi-based candidates only (on-site role)
