Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Executive, based in Lahore. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering training programs to meet organizational needs

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in evaluating training needs, planning training programs, and delivering instructional content
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage participants effectively in training
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative learning solutions and adapt training methodologies based on organizational requirements
  • Experience in organizational development, team building, and capability development initiatives
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in corporate training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of training experience in a BPO environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced operations and diverse teams.
  • Hands-on experience with customer service processes.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
