We're looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong integration and automation expertise to lead the delivery of scalable technical solutions across CRMs, payment systems, and event platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead integration and automation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring each delivery is robust, scalable, and on time.
  • Translate business requirements into technical stories, data flow diagrams, and sprint tasks.
  • Design and implement automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms to connect systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Authorize.Net, and more.
  • Validate and debug API integrations in Postman - headers, authentication, response handling, all of it.
  • Collaborate with developers to define data mapping and synchronization strategies across systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration between web, CRM, and payment systems with a focus on data accuracy and performance.
  • Continuously identify process inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks to improve delivery speed and reliability.
  • Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation, sprint notes, and release summaries.
  • Support internal teams with Python/JavaScript prototyping when quick validation or troubleshooting is needed.

SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management or integration-focused delivery roles.
  • Deep understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Practical experience building workflows in n8n, Zapier, including custom scripting or conditional logic.
  • Proficiency in Postman or other API tools for testing and validating APIs.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills - able to dissect complex technical issues, identify root causes, and deliver structured, efficient solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for light scripting or debugging.
  • Strong grasp of CRM systems, payment gateways, and auth protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Preferably some experience of programming languages and coding, development, etc.
  • Experience with AI-assisted automation, data enrichment, or workflow optimization.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM.
