Job Overview
We are seeking confident and fluent English speakers with a clear UK accent to join our sales team. The role involves outbound calling to UK-based clients for lead generation, customer engagement, and closing sales. Candidates must be results-driven, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential UK customers.
- Promote products and services effectively to achieve targets.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with consistency.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or BPO for UK-based campaigns.
- Exceptional English communication with a clear UK accent.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge preferred.
Compensation
- Base salary (competitive market rate).
- Uncapped commission on sales performance.
