Job Timings:
7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies tailored to the USA market, creating engaging content, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Business, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create, plan, and schedule regular content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms.
  • Write compelling content tailored to varied audience segments.
  • Design photo and video content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Edit and produce short videos, reels, and social stories to boost engagement.
  • Design catalogs and marketing materials for target markets.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competition, and audience preferences—especially in accordance with the USA market.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase followers and engagement.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare weekly performance reports, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media marketing.
  • Experience in the
    packaging or printing industry
    will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
  • Strong creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts according to international markets (USA-based audience).
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms' algorithms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
