Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Sourcing Coordinator
to support our IT services operations by identifying, onboarding, and managing technology service partners and vendors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing qualified service providers, negotiating favourable terms, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships with partners to support project execution and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Partner Onboarding

  • Identify and evaluate new IT service providers (e.g., field engineers, support partners, system integrators) across local and international markets.
  • Research and screen potential vendors based on service offerings, geographic coverage, capabilities, and compliance.
  • Conduct due diligence and coordinate onboarding documentation, NDAs, and agreements.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate procurement of IT services and resources as per business/project requirements.
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluate responses, and manage negotiations on pricing, terms, and SLAs.
  • Manage procurement workflows, purchase orders, and vendor contracts in line with internal policies.
  • Track and ensure timely service delivery, cost control, and adherence to agreed KPIs.

3. Relationship & Performance Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Build strong and long-term working relationships with partners and suppliers.
  • Monitor partner performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Support quarterly or annual vendor evaluations and reviews.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with internal project teams, operations, and finance to align procurement plans with delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of partners, contract databases, and activity logs.
  • Generate reports on partner performance, cost savings, and sourcing pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor coordination within IT or technology services industry.
  • Familiarity with IT service categories such as IT support, infrastructure, networking, or field services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with procurement tools or platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects under tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with global partners or remote service providers.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, SLAs, and contractual frameworks in the IT services sector.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in regions where partner coverage is needed.
