This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and deep empathy for the user. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Risk to build products that are not only delightful to use but also secure, compliant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Understand the regulatory landscape and ensure product compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prioritize the product backlog ruthlessly, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Lead agile rituals (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and work daily with a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including post-launch analysis and iteration.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
