We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist in various HR functions. The HR intern will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and other HR related tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine which candidates meet the qualifications for the position.
  • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess their qualifications and interest level.
  • Schedule interviews with the hiring team and coordinate the interview process.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support the performance management process by preparing performance reviews and tracking performance metrics.
  • Assist with the training and development of employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
